General description With the Winemaker Refractometer, you can easily assess the quality of grapes to enhance your wine brewing process. This tool is specifically designed to measure the sugar content of original grape juice, allowing you to determine the potential alcohol content of your wine or fermented grape juice. Please note that it cannot be used to measure the alcohol content of finished wine.
