Installation
- Use the standard housing dimensions.
- The tool must be fully inserted into the housing and tightly clamped.
- Apply clamping force during the cutting process and partially insert it into the housing to avoid damaging the tool shank.
Operation
- Note that the material may become very hot and produce fumes during prolonged operation.
- Ensure the coolant is full during operation.
- Replace the tool if the cutting edges become dull to prevent accidents.
- Use a blade larger than the workpiece.
- Wear safety glasses during usage.
