Description

1. Made from 99% corundum tubing, resistant to high temperatures, wear, corrosion, and durable. 2. It features stable performance, strong oxidation resistance, and a short-term temperature measurement range of up to 1600°C. 3. High-quality platinum rhodium wire with a wire diameter of 0.12 mm is adopted, offering corrosion resistance and heat resistance. 4. It can directly measure the temperature of gases, liquids, solutions, and fixed surfaces in various production processes. 5. It offers the advantages of a simple structure, convenient operation, high accuracy, and a long service life.

Specification:

Condition: 100% Brand New Item Type: Thermocouple Model: WRP-100 Grade: S Material: 99% Corundum Tube Resistance Component: Platinum Rhodium Wire Wire Diameter: Approx. 0.12 mm / 0.004 in Tube Diameter: Approx. 7 mm / 0.3 in Measuring Range: 0-1300 ℃ (long term) 0-1600 ℃ (short term) Industrial platinum and rhodium thermocouples are also known as precious metal thermocouples. They are used as temperature measurement sensors and are typically used in conjunction with temperature transmitters, controllers, and display instruments to form a process control system for directly measuring or controlling various production processes. The temperature of the fluid, vapor, gaseous medium, and solid surface is within the range of 0 to 1600 °C. The platinum-rhodium thermocouple is a circuit composed of two different conductors connected at opposite ends. When the temperature of the two junctions differs, a thermal current is generated in the circuit. If there is a temperature difference between the working end of the thermocouple and the reference end, the display instrument will indicate the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential generated by the thermocouple. The thermoelectric heat of the platinum-rhodium thermocouple increases with increasing temperature at the measuring end, and its magnitude is related only to the thermocouple material and the temperature at both ends, and is unrelated to the length and diameter of the thermoelectrode. The appearance of various platinum and rhodium thermocouples often differs considerably due to specific requirements, but their basic structure is roughly the same, generally consisting of main components such as a thermode, an insulating sleeved protective tube, and a junction box.
