Smartseal Xtreme Multi Surface Cleaner is a professional-grade cleaner designed for the quick removal of black lichen, mould, mildew, green algae, and general surface staining from various external hard surfaces. It is widely used by commercial cleaning companies for effective cleaning without the need for intensive pressure washing.

Installation

To avoid damage to vegetation, saturate surrounding areas with water before and after applying the product.

For best results, dilute at a ratio of 1:1 and apply using a sprayer or watering can in temperatures above 5°C and no higher than 22°C to avoid fast evaporation.

On heavily soiled areas, work in with a hand brush or broom.

Leave on the surface for 1-2 hours.

Rinse off with clean water or a pressure washer, removing any residue of the cleaning solution.

For very heavy soiling, apply undiluted and re-apply if necessary, leaving for a longer period (2-3 hours).

Usage

Easy to apply, fast-acting formulation that delivers outstanding results.

Can be used on concrete and most types of natural stone without risk of damage.

In most cases, a dilution ratio of 1:1 is sufficient for effective cleaning.

Other information

Once opened, product potency will start to reduce after 3 months.

Important: Contains chlorine as an active ingredient and will stain fabrics and sensitive materials.

Take care to avoid contact with fabrics during application.

Toxic to aquatic life; avoid contact with lawned areas.

Wear protective gloves as it may cause skin burns.

Wear protective goggles to avoid contact with eyes.
