Hello, I am a little disappointed with the quality of the product. I hesitated between this large model for our two guinea pigs or a smaller model made in France. But I opted for this one. When the delivery boxes were opened, one of the two drawers was broken quite significantly and certain assemblies already carried out showed serious defects in the quality of the cracked wood. One of the fences appears partly cut... I will send you photos (if I manage to do so) so that you can see the manufacturing defects because when you order new and it arrives broken, you are a little disappointed. So we repair with wood glue and nails…. Perhaps the quality would have been better if I had chosen the model made in France, which was certainly smaller for my two little animals… then I admit that the price was correct. But good delivery condition and it would have been great. Furthermore, certain removable parts make me question their installation over time. And untreated so you have to add wood protection costs for the exterior... a small reduction or a small voucher for the quality defect would be welcome if they cannot deliver a repaired drawer to me because one of the two is more that seriously damaged….
