The connection is secure: the coils are firmly fixed to the iron core and connected to each other with clips, while the primary terminals are fully tinned for excellent conductivity. This versatile board is suitable for powering various devices such as SGTC-type Tesla transformers, Jacob's ladders, Marx generators, induction heating, and many other applications. It produces long electric arcs: with an input voltage of 12V/5A, the high-voltage discharge arc distance is approximately 1 to 2 cm. The arc length increases with the input voltage and current. With a maximum input of 30V/10A, the arc can exceed 5 cm in length. If the arc is too short, check that the input power is sufficient.
