  • Please note that delivery costs may depend on destination and order size. We reserve the right to amend postage costs. If we do this we will contact the customer to inform them before the goods are dispatched

  • If you change your mind
    You have 14 days to change your mind. The product must not be used, be in good condition, and in its original packaging. Don't forget that the return costs will be at your charge. Once the merchant receives your parcel, you will be refunded within 14 days.

    How to return a product?
    It's easy! contact the seller from "My orders", who will send you the return instructions.

    Additional return conditions
    Customers have the unconditional right to cancel their orders within 7 working days of receiving their goods. The customer should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in possession of them. If a customer does not like the product we will take it back and offer a refund or offer an alternative as long as it is returned in it's original packaging unused and not assembled. The customer is responsible for the full return carriage costs. The refund will be made within 30 days of this cancellation. If a good is received faulty and needs to be returned then you must inform us within 3 days of delivery. If more than 3 days have elapsed we will use our discretion as to whether to replace a faulty item. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. Please note that we offer a no returns policy on trade orders unless faulty Please note if a customer orders the wrong size of furniture we will replace the item or offer a refund but we may charge a 10% restocking fee + delivery costs.
