Postage is Free to UK destinations. There are exceptions to various destinations which are listed below * Free delivery does not apply in general to the Scottish Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Aberdeenshire, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey. An additional delivery fee may be charged to other locations. In cases where additional delivery charges may be applied we will advise the customer before delivery Please enquire by by email or phone as to postage costs to these places, else we will advise on delivery costs once an order has been placed

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

How can I return a product?
It's easy: go to "My order" and click on "Return my product" to receive the return instructions.

Other return conditions
Customers have the unconditional right to cancel their orders within 7 working days of receiving their goods. The customer should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in possession of them. If a customer does not like the product we will take it back and offer a refund or offer an alternative as long as it is returned in it's original packaging unused and not assembled. The customer is responsible for the full return carriage costs. The refund will be made within 30 days of this cancellation. If a good is received faulty and needs to be returned then you must inform us within 3 days of delivery. If more than 3 days have elapsed we will use our discretion as to whether to replace a faulty item. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. Please note that we offer a no returns policy on trade orders unless faulty Please note if a customer orders the wrong size of furniture we will replace the item or offer a refund but we may charge a 10% restocking fee + delivery costs.
