Additional shipping cost will apply to the UK Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland ,Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man and the following postal code areas: BT, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (1-26, 29, 30), KY, ML, PA (1-19), DD, PH, AB, IV, KW (1-14) etc. which are excluded from our standard delivery charge and may incur extra costs. Our Customer Service team will contact you if any extra charges may occur.

To save time and reduce delays, costs and inconvenience, please ensure you enter the correct shipping address and the correct product/quantity required when purchasing. If there is an error in the order, please let us know within 3 hours so we can update the order information Once the product is sent out, we generally cannot cancel the order halfway at this time. You can choose to keep the product after receiving it, and you can return it or refuse it, but the cost of this return process is your responsibility. Delivery time may vary depending on the items you ordered. If you have any questions about this, please drop us a line. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, we may charge additional postage before resending the item. If you refuse a delivery after an attempted delivery, a return fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Other return conditions
At Living and Home we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer a 14 days return policy on all products. If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for any return costs, and you have the right to return the incorrect and defect item. However If you have ordered the wrong item, the wrong size or no longer want an item, you will be liable for the return costs. Return fees depend on the weight of your item. The specific return fees are as follows: £9 for less than 10kg, £13 for 10kg to 20kg, £17for 20kg to 30kg, £60 for 30kg to 50kg, £70 for 50kg to 70kg, £85 for 70kg to 100kg, more than 100kg, It needs to be calculated based on the size, please get in touch with customer service for the actual cost. Collection in remote areas requires an additional £50 shipping fee on top of the above. Please note the following when returning a product:

* Please return the products in their original packaging where possible
* a return fee will still be charged if the carrier collection is missed
* we will deduct the cost of any damaged items returned or any used items that have already been returned.

We cannot accept full refunds if:
1) The item has already been used and and it has been more than 14 days
2) The product lacks original parts and accessories
3) The returned item is not our appropriate item and wrong item

Under the Trusted Goods refund policy, you have 14 days to change your mind and return the product to us, provided the product is unused and in salable condition. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
