This product arrived with a broken handle on one of the baskets so not able to use.
The wheels do not fit and we cannot use them

Yes I have been lucky with my 3 purchases but sadly a friend who I referred you to hasn't been and I can see why as the base does not look as nice as my three, no where near actually and to be truthful I would of been very disappointed if you had sent me that base out. I probably would think twice about referring you to anyone else because it has made me feel responsible for the trouble she is having.
