I received 2x packets of 200 sedum acer and 1x 300 packet of sedum "coccinium?" ( the red one, and out of the 800 seeds, les than 10% germinated. I contacted justseed and told them what seed compost and sowing details, and they apologized and replaced the seeds. Cheers! Tony. Read more

Placed order well over a month ago. Seeds never arrived. Staff were prompt with their responses to my e-mail and the seeds were sent out 3 times but even after checking delivery address the seeds never arrived. I can't comment on the plants because i'll never see them grow. It's a shame because I only purchased stachys lanata seeds because my little girl saw them at RHS Rosemoor and loved them. Read more

  • We will aim to ship your order within 3 days though it may be a bit longer at busy times. If we encounter any problems we will contact you. We aim to keep the website up to date but sometimes seeds become unavailable or sell out, if this is the case we will contact you by email and ask if you wish to substitute or have a refund.

    If the goods are damage in any way on receipt pelase contact us and we will endeavour to sort it in a satisfactory way.

    If you wish to return goods please see our returns policy.
  • Our policy lasts 14 days in line with your statutory distance selling legislation. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Gift cards are not refundable.

    To complete your return, please contact us directly so we can arrange the return.
