  • Shipping terms
    RECEIPT OF GOODS: It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and conformity of the goods upon receipt of the goods, in the presence of the person who delivers them. It must mention errors in quantities, non-compliance and apparent defects upon receipt on the order or delivery. He must also report hidden defects which would later be revealed within eight days of their discovery for professional customers and within thirty days of their discovery for private customers. If the customer does not notice any deterioration due to transport until after the goods have been accepted, he has 3 days to report the problem to us, with supporting photos. Our after-sales service analyzes each case individually and reserves the right to refuse reimbursement if it has not been proven that the defect already existed at the time of receipt by the customer.

  • Returns and refunds
    In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons, or to pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. At the end of this period, the right of withdrawal becomes irrevocably void. This period of fourteen calendar days begins to run on the day of taking possession of the last item ordered. RETURN CONDITIONS: The products must be returned new, in their original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories and notices present at the time of delivery. Upon receipt of the goods, our after-sales service will check its condition and compliance, reserving the right to refuse it if it shows signs of deterioration or wear. During the entire return process, the responsibility rests with the customer. RETURN PERIODS: The customer has 14 days to inform us and return the product. RETURN COSTS: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the return request, our after-sales service analyzes the request. If the request is accepted, our after-sales service will provide you with the information necessary for return shipping. If we are responsible for the error, we will reimburse the return costs. REIMBURSEMENT: VP Sanitaire has 30 days from receipt of the package to reimburse. The customer can claim reimbursement only if the goods are in new condition, with their original packaging and all the necessary parts and instructions. NON-RETURNED PRODUCTS: We will not ensure the return of used products, without original packaging or damaged.
