If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Your purchases made on www.manomano.co.uk are covered by the same guarantees as those offered on our other sales networks.
We offer the same after-sales service as a traditional retailer.
In case of manufacturing defects, the product(s) will be immediately exchanged or refunded in the event of such a defect.
If your item arrived damaged or you are missing any parts, please contact us via your Manomano account.
You will receive within 1 working day a response from us for the validation of the return and the return number to be used so that your file is processed in the best conditions and as soon as possible. Here is the return address and contact details:

1) HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your item arrived damaged or you are missing any parts, please contact us via your Manomano account.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so, no quibbles.
Please keep in mind that the charge for the return is 10% of the value of your order, or a minimum charge of £10.00. This will be deducted from your refund once we receive your item

2) IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ORDER

All goods returned or exchanged must be in their original condition (i.e. not used and in its original packaging). Any damage to the product or packaging, or any sign of use, may result in a deduction from your refund.
If you are using your own transport, VOUNOT cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse.
If your return is collected from your premises, please ensure you keep your proof of collection from the carrier until your refund has been processed.

3) WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

If you've changed your mind, you are welcome to return your order no questions asked within 14 days of delivery, by completing the returns form above. Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected by our product experts and we will issue your refund within 14 days of its arrival back at our warehouse.
Please note that the returns charge detailed above will be deducted from your eventual refund.
Please also note that if there are any signs of usage or damage, parts missing, or the item is not returned in its original packaging, this will result in a further deduction from your refund.
