If you change your mind, returns are free!
You have 14 days to change your mind. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Other return conditions
Always inspect packaging upon delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery and inform us within 24 hours. Photographs of any damages are always a good idea and help us resolve issues faster. As many of our items are flat-packed, they can on rare occasions have parts missing. Please contact us with part numbers and we will happily send replacements. If you change your mind after dispatch please keep in mind that Postage & Packaging charges are not refundable. Unfortunately the cost of returning the item will also be at the buyer's own expense, though this only applies to non-faulty products. Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns requests are handled individually so please contact us.
