If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Thank you for submitting an unwanted return request with Mano Mano. If your item is damaged or defective please get in touch with us via contact seller option in your ManoMano Account. Please provide us with as much information and images of your issue so we can resolve this promptly. If your item is unwanted please ensure that the goods are returned to us in excellent saleable condition and in the same packaging as the item was delivered in. If the item has been used or shows signs of use then your refund may be considerably less depending on inspection results. Goods must be returned back to the distribution depot within 30 days of receiving your goods.
