Unfortunately the unit was damaged in transit. The replacement part were shipped same day and received 2 days later. Love the quality of these units that I bought another one. Seller was polite and very quick to get the unit to us in perfect condition.

The product advert leads you to believe it is all high gloss & it isn't. It is only the doors. I think I was delivered a re-boxed item as the side panels were both damaged & covered in dust, whereas the rest of the product was not.

The item arrived quicker than advised and I would have said iw as extremely happy. Had I not tried to contact the company as one of the doors was damaged. This was over a week ago and I still have not had a response. I appreciate the current times but I think over a week to respond is still unreasonable.

Free delivery to the British Isles.

We have already assembled and not yet assembled products. The unassembled products will be shipped with DPD and will be delivered in 2-3 business days. DPD sends an e-mail about the delivery. The assembled products are shipped with DSV and delivered in 5-7 business days. DSV contacts the customer by phone, we always need a phone number for delivery.
Delivery is always without shipping costs!
Assembled products cannot be delivered to islands!
