Mainland UK shipping starting at £6.50
Normal deliveries are carried out using DPD. Delivery charges and methods will be displayed at point of checkout.
We do cover the whole of the UK and any stocked order placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day. Additional carriage charges may apply if you are not mainland UK, please contact us before purchase if you wish to know more about our delivery charges.
All delivery dates given are estimates and we will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of late or early delivery. If a delivery is refused for any reason, Sparesweb reserve the right to charge for the cost of sending the item to yourselves and the return of the item to us.
If you receive goods that are damaged, not required or not what you were expecting please contact us. All returns within 30 days of purchase must be logged through Mano Mano returns. Sparesweb operate in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations
Should you wish to cancel your order and return your goods you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Once we have confirmed your return you must send the items back to us and we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that goods are sent back adequately packed and by a secure means as any damages or losses will result in your refund being declined.
If you have received goods that are damaged, we must be contacted through Mano Mano immediately. For certain items we may request photographic evidence of the damage so please do not tamper with any items that are damaged upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please make a note of this when signing for the delivery.
To return Faulty items within 30 days of receipt, please contact Sparesweb through ManoMano or raise a return. If goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of receiving them, we will either provide a free post label to enable you to return items to your local DPD Shop (details of your nearest store can be found by selecting the link in the email containing your free post label) or we will arrange a third-party collection of the goods. If goods are found to be faulty after 30 days of receiving them this will be covered by the manufacturers warranty and we are required to follow their returns procedure. All warranty claims will be investigated and you will be advised on how to proceed with a claim for faulty goods providing the warranty period has not lapsed.
We do not offer compensation for any sub sequential loss arising from damaged or faulty goods, please ensure that all goods are inspected before installation. This includes claims for hours lost whilst replacing faulty items or testing to ascertain if the product we have supplied is actually faulty. We would always recommend that you call us for advice on faulty items before replacing or returning as some manufacturers may investigate and resolve any issues themselves. We will where possible provide technical advice to determine if there is a potential fault with your system. It is expressly understood, however, that all such technical advice or assistance is given without liability and we, the seller, assume no obligation or liability for the advice or assistance given or results obtained there from. All such advice or assistance being given is accepted at the buyer’s risk. We would always recommend that any work carried out following information or advice we have provided is done so by a fully qualified engineer.
