Incompetent, useless, pathetic, Can't be bothered with these imbeciles. How anyone can trade like this in an age of next day delivery is beyond me. Not only has my parcel not arrived after THREE WEEKS but it presently sits in a Northern Ireland office of DPD, with the wrong address (by 500 miles}, the wrong details snd possibly the wrong item. Had I not interrupted the delivery the probability is that I would have been accused of denying receipt because a signature had been taken for the goods regardless of the geographical expanse of delivery to another country. Not so much as an advisory email has arrived other than a pro forma response that didn't give me the impression my email had been understood. I have had to chase this order from the beginning and neither Hayley Group (who I called direct and they said they knew nothing about manomano) nor Manomano have done anything more than send standard replies. To make matters worse my delivery is complete because it was linked to a customer in Northern Ireland which was delivered this morning. So now I have no goods, a completed transaction and no means of proving that the delivery has been made to a different person in a different country. You couldn't make this up. Communication is slow and incomplete. I have no idea what is going on, who I am purchasing from, where they are, where the goods are.... Nothing. Just a series of emails saying "don't worry we are dealing with it" Eventually received a different, smaller product that is defective.
