All orders are dispatched via courier delivery service. Our couriers will deliver to the address stated on your order. Proof of delivery is in place with all orders and this means that we will need a signature accepting the delivery. In the event that we are unable to deliver, a card will be left with instructions to arrange redelivery. In the unlikely event that delivery cannot be made on two occasions, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and a further charge may be payable to have the goods re-dispatched.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Other return conditions
Free returns on items received damaged or faulty.
We offer refunds on any items not suitable or no longer required - the customer pays for return postage.
These items must be returned in original packaging and be unused.

Any item which develops a fault 60 days or more from the reception date may be returned under warranty. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and when received by the seller a replacement will be provided .
If the item is no longer available an alternative item up to the value of the original item or store credit will be provided.
