    Your personal information
    We currently sell on online marketplace platforms. By purchasing items listed for sale on those marketplaces, some personal information will be passed to and stored on our multi-channel order management software, and this will be limited to the following:
    • Your provided contact name
    • Your contact telephone number
    • Your contact email address
    • Your provided billing and/or delivery address
    We may provide your contact telephone and/or email address to third-party organisations such as courier delivery companies, but this will expressly be for the purpose of allowing notifications (either/or by email or text SMS) to be sent to yourself to inform you as to the status of your delivery in progress, or in the case of international buyers for customs processing and clearance purposes.
    Our third-party delivery partners will under no circumstances contact you for any purposes beyond facilitating the delivery of your parcel.
  • If you change your mind, you may return your item back to us at your own cost within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

    If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 24hrs of delivery, so we can advise how we will resolve any issue for you. For damages or discrepancies, please attach a photo as evidence.
