RECEPTION OF THE GOODS: It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and conformity of the goods upon receipt, in the presence of the person delivering the goods. He must mention errors of quantity, non-conformity and apparent defects upon receipt on the order or delivery form. The customer must also report any hidden defects that become apparent at a later date within eight days of their discovery for business customers and within thirty days of their discovery for private customers. At the time of delivery, the customer must make a reservation and accept the package. If the customer puts a reservation at the delivery of the package he has 3 days to inform us of the problem, with photos of the product and its packaging and protection. Our service department will analyse each case individually and reserves the right to refuse reimbursement if it is not proven that the defect was already present at the time of receipt by the customer.
If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.
