  • If a customer would like to return and the item is not faulty :

    1. Package the items back up in the same way they were dispatched to you.
    2. Please include your order number in the return and a short note explaining why you are returning the order. If we don’t have your order number, we will not know who the order came from and a refund will not be able to be processed.
    3. Send the parcel back to us via your local post office, second class is fine. If the parcel is over 2kg Royal Mail will not accept it on a second class service. The cheapest option for a return would be to use www.parcel2go.com

    Once the parcel has arrived back with us in good condition, your return will be inspected by our returns team and your refund will be submitted. Please note the cost of the return is to be covered by yourself.
    The quickest way to return your item is to drop it off at your nearest Hermes drop off point.
