  • Free standard delivery is available on all orders to UK Mainland. If placed before 12pm it will be dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is typically 3-5 days.

If you do not have proof of purchase we cannot issue any refunds or exchanges. Visible surface damage (such as scratches, tears and nicks on furniture or stains, marks or rips on textile products) are not covered under our manufactures warranty unless reported within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure you check your product on receipt. All items are returned at your own cost and must be returned with all parts and packaging. The warranty is void if Kinder Valley determines the product damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as commercial use. Any item being replaced as a result of a warranty claim is subject to inspection and may not be eligible for exchange if the item shows signs of but not limited to pet damage, excessive wear and tear or excessive stains. Should your product become defective during the warranty period please email our customer service team. You should provide us with the item SKU (which can be found on your proof of purchase or the item page on this website) images of the damage to your product, description what you deem to be the fault and proof of purchase.
