Arbor Garden Solutions Ltd was established in 2016 and is now one of the fastest-growing garden furniture and industrial wooden workbench manufacturing firms. The company is headed by CEO’s and Managing Directors Gediminas Surna and Mindaugas Skackovas and are backed by a highly-skilled team of craftsmen who work together to produce a variety of top quality bespoke and standard furniture. We started Arbor Garden Solutions to build outdoor furniture the way we were taught to build anything, with attention to detail, style, and care for its longevity. That means we will always use the best materials available. All products are made from FSC approved, sustainable sources, so as well as lasting for years you can be sure that it is environmentally sound too. The key to our success has been the skill, dedication and craftsmanship of our workforce. It is because of this unceasing devotion to quality that Arbor Garden Solutions has consistently been awarded large contracts for business and domestic clients throughout the country, delivering within budget and also within the specified time frame, while maintaining our proud tradition of quality products, workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Detailed terms of sale
We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the Goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. For the majority of products we only serve mainland addresses within England, Wales, and parts of Scotland. All offshore addresses are excluded eg: the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, Ireland and the Channel Isles. Delivery on certain products may be restricted to certain postcodes in the Cambridgeshire region. We will aim to deliver within the quoted time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to advise you that the delivery date will have to be extended. Arbor Garden Solutions Ltd. will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods however caused. Certain products will be delivered directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Where this is the case then delivery time frames will be dependent on their stock levels and usual delivery times. Some of these products may not be standard and therefore need to be manufactured, this will increase lead times. Delivery charges only provide for one delivery attempt. In the event of a failed delivery caused by no one being present at the pre-agreed time, we reserve the right to require the payment of a further charge.
If you change your mind
You have 28 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.
