    You have 30 days to change your mind. The product must not be used, be in good condition, and in its original packaging. Don't forget that the return costs will be at your charge. Once the merchant receives your parcel, you will be refunded within 14 days.

    Additional return conditions
    Change of Mind Returns 1. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt and the item must be returned within 30 days. 2. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us. 3. Items must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. 4. If you request an exchange, you must pay us any costs associated with us delivering the exchange item to you. Your exchange item will be shipped once you have paid for these costs and we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions. 5. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions. Note: Any items which have been returned for refunds, the customer must email us with a notification of return together with tracking number / proof of postage and details of postage method used. Upon notification agreed refund will be issued. Faulty Items Returns If an item is faulty, wrongly described or damaged by shipping then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.
