If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Other return conditions
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from delivery to return the product ordered for exchange or refund.
We do not accept packages with postage unpaid. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components.
The transport costs are the responsibility of the customer as well as the risks related to the return transport as they are. If the product is lost by the carrier during this return, the Customer is solely responsible.
Any items which have been returned for refunds, the customer must email us with a notification of return together with tracking number / proof of postage and details of postage method used.


Two Reasons for Returning Goods:
1. Faulty Items Returns:
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or damaged by shipping then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price, delivery charges and reture fee or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.

2. Right to cancel without giving any reason within 14 days:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order. We will refund the purchase price and delivery charges after receiving the return package, return costs will be borne by you.


To set up a return, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: contact the Seller on your Customer Area and inform the seller of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, in particular in the event of a problem using the product, please inform the merchant in time.
Step 2: the Seller's Customer Service will inform you of the procedure for canceling the order and the terms of return.
