The shipping/return is free of charge to the greater part of the UK. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands and part of Scotland including: the Outer Hebrides, Shetland Islands, Kilmarnock, Dundee, Aberdeen and Offshore Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man additional shipping fee might be applied. We deliver our goods within the specified delivery times according to the item description on the website with the exception of unexpected circumstances we cannot be held responsible for. Deadlines and time frames provided refer to working days, not calendar days. All shipping companies deliver Monday - Friday only. There is no right to compensation in the event of delay of delivery as well as not delivering the goods within set delivery dates. It is not often, but it can happen that the delivered products are damaged during transport even though the packaging itself does not appear to be damaged. For all eventualities, please notify us immediately and proceed as follows: If the packaging is damaged, it is vitally important that all items are checked for damages in the presence of the vehicle driver. After the goods have been inspected, please make a note of the damages on the damage report. If the packaging is not damaged and the driver does not want to wait until you have unpacked and inspected all of the products, it is imperative that you take the precaution of adding the following beside your signature on the damage report: "Damaged". You then have 24 hours to inspect the goods and to report any damages to us immediately. Under no circumstances should you sign that you have received the goods in perfect condition before you have inspected the contents. It is essential that the damage report is signed by both yourself and the driver. Transportation damage, which was not recorded by the deliverer at the Customer’s request upon acceptance of the goods, will not be accepted as a valid claim. Any claims of the Buyer in this regard will be rejected. All manufacturing damages should be reported to us within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the goods by the Customer.

If you change your mind, returns are free!
You have 14 days to change your mind. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Other return conditions
In accordance with consumer law, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

Up to 14 days from the delivery date, a customer can return ordered items for free (exceptions apply). We will offer a free return and issue a full refund in the same method as your original payment. We will only accept returns of products that were not used, assembled, or installed. The exception for free return up to 14 days includes orders with original packaging missing, orders of bathtubs, whirlpools, hot tubs, as well as custom-made products. In these cases, a customer bears transportation costs.

Beliani will pick up goods free of charge from UK mainland only (UK mainland excluding northern parts of Scotland - Highlands and Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland). Additional fees are to be charged in case of returns from abroad. Including all islands.
In order to withdraw from the sales contract, the buyer has to provide the Seller with a declaration within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The buyer then receives the ticket number, which must be attached to the returned goods. Returns without this number will not be accepted.

Unpaid parcels will not be accepted.

The goods must be packaged in such a way that they can be transported and ready for return transport on the curbside. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must provide suitable alternative packaging himself so that the product is adequately protected during transport. The buyer should take a photo of the shipment before sending it back and send the photos to the Seller.

If the returned item is in a different condition after the assessment than the item originally sent to the recipient, e.g. mechanical damage caused during assembly or dismantling or signs of wear, we reserve the right to charge the costs for spare parts or depreciation of the item caused by damage deduct.

After receipt of the goods, the buyer receives his money back within 7 days using the same payment method as he paid himself.
