This chair was easy to assemble. All component part were wrapped individually and available. It is comfortable, looks very good and operates as described. Already had one snooze when feeling tired. Cannot give five-star as not sure how long it will last and the box it was delivered in was late and damaged. It was luck that all parts were in the box and the chair was not damaged. More robust packaging is needed for a product of this size and distance to travel. Read more

I feel that ManoMano should of dealt with this but I did contact the seller and they assured me that they would give me a delivery date in advance as I am disabled and needed to ensure I wasn’t on my own when the delivery came and they failed to contact me , good job the delivery man was very good.   • It is not often, but it can happen that the delivered products are damaged during transport even though the packaging itself does not appear to be damaged. For all eventualities, please proceed as follows:
    - If the packaging is damaged, it is vitally important that all items are checked for damages in the presence of the vehicle driver. After the goods have been inspected, please make a note of the damages on the damage report.
    - If the packaging is not damaged and the driver does not want to wait until you have unpacked and inspected all of the products, it is imperative that you take the precaution of adding the following beside your signature on the damage report: "Damaged". You then have 24 hours to inspect the goods and to report any damages to us immediately. Under no circumstances should you sign that you have received the goods in perfect condition before you have inspected the contents
    - It is essential that the damage report is signed by both yourself and the driver.

    Beliani will collect the product within 14 days from the date of confirmation of packing the product by the shipping company.

    Parcel deliveries (small products):
    Beliani will collect the product within 14 days from the date of confirmation of packing the product by the shipping company.

    We do not refund:
    –additionally payed services (e.g. assembly, express delivery etc.)
    –payment costs.

    Excluded from returns:
    We shall accept hygiene articles (bed linen, pillows and blankets, toweling, mattresses, mattresses covers etc.) in their unopened original packaging only.

    When will the customer be refunded?
    If the return period is 14 days, then the customer will receive a refund within the period of 14 days from receiving the return to our warehouse according to the selected payment method.
