If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

How can I return a product?
It's easy: go to "My order" and click on "Return my product" to receive the return instructions.

Other return conditions
1. Items can be within 14 days of receiving for after-sales service.
2. Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of the wrong items ordered or unwanted items.
3. Items must be unused and in their original packaging in unspoit condition.
4. Please email us with clear photos if your item becomes faulty within 14 days and we need them to do the next for you.
5. Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
6. In following situations, reasonable charges may apply(Actual charge varies per the package dimension):
?.Return wrong item purchased(or items no longer needed) for refund or replacement
?.Item returned by courier due to a non-delivery (Nobody available at home)
?.Change of address after an order has been dispatched
In these situations, charges would be deduced from your original purchase price
7. We normally endeavour to process all refunds/exchange within 2 working day.
8. Should you return is for a refund you should return the item to us within a maxmum of fourteen days.
9. Refund payments will normally be made via the same payment method that you originally paid with.For example, we will refund via Paypal if you paid via Paypal even you paid via Paypal with your credit card.
