Free delivery around UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) within 4-6 working days. Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity or size of the items. We deliver items via Yodel, Parcelforce, Hermes, Royal Mail and Tuffnells.
RattanTree holds all items in stock in our UK local warehouse to ensure speedy delivery and customer satisfaction. DISPATCH Orders are dispatched from our UK based warehouse between Monday and Friday. It is buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when making the order.

If you change your mind
You have 30 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period (Assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual)
Customer will pay for the cost of return shipping for the following situations:
Buyers Remorse ("Not satisfied with the performance", "Item doesn't fit me correctly", "Item doesn't meet my expectations", etc).
No Reason / No Longer Want.
Misinterpretation of Product Description (failure to fully read item details/descriptions/features).
Order Cancellation after the item already shipped out, even if you have not yet received the item.
The customer bought the wrong one.
The customer accidentally bought too many.
The customer accidentally provided the wrong shipping address.
Returns Packaging & Its Condition When Sending Back
All returned goods should be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
Please be respectful of your returned item(s) when sending it back to us. We promise that all the products our customers receive are brand new, we will never sell any opened box, refurbished products to you.
Our Distribution Centre Team assesses every item that is returned to us. If found the item arrives back damaged due to the customer poorly boxing/packing your returned item, we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused.
