We are a company incorporated in England with registered office at 1-2, Hampshire Terrace, 3rd Floor, Portsmouth, England, PO1 2QF, and company number 12337261. The Company and Personal Information: We are committed to processing all Personal Information regarding our workers, clients, suppliers, and other third parties in a Lawful, Fair, and Transparent manner throughout the course of our company operations. We shall always abide by all applicable data protection regulations and make sure that the gathering and use of personal information is done so in compliance with those laws. The main law governing data protection is the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016) known as the “GDPR”, which will be replicated by the Data Protection Act 2018 when the UK leaves the European Union. What this policy is: This policy outlines how we will process any personal information about you or people in general, whether it comes from data we obtain directly from them or from information that is provided to us from other sources. It also includes any references to any other documents and privacy notices that may be posted on our website. This policy outlines data protection guidelines and the legal requirements that must be met whenever we collect, handle, process, transfer, or retain personal data. Controlling information: We are the data controller for all personal information used by our company for its own business reasons. However, there are times when we process personal data on behalf of another data controller. In these situations, we only act in line with the data controller's instructions and adhere to all other GDPR requirements. Why you should read this policy: It is crucial that you read this policy and any other papers it refers to so that you are informed of how we will handle any personal information about you. 2. DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES We are responsible for proving that we abide by the GDPR's six processing-related principles. These specify how we must handle personal information, including: 1. Processed fairly, lawfully and in a transparent manner. 2. Collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes. 3. Adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary. 4. Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. 5. Not kept for longer than necessary. 6. Processed securely, maintaining integrity and confidentiality. 3. SOME BASIC DEFINITIONS WE USE IN THIS POLICY Personal information: In this policy, we refer to any information that relates to a named, recognizable, or locatable individual as "personal information." In this policy, the term "sensitive personal information" refers to a special class of information, such as trade union membership, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or racial or ethnic origin. The processing of your personal information by people working for us or one of our suppliers outside the EEA is also possible, provided they comply with the restrictions outlined above. These people might be working on fulfilling contracts with the concerned person, handling payment information, and offering support services, among other things. Additionally, for the objectives outlined below, we may divulge chosen third parties with the personal information we now store. Your personal information may only be processed by our third-party service providers in accordance with our instructions and cannot be used by them for their own purposes. DATA SECURITY In particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, we will always take the necessary organizational and technical precautions to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access, as well as against all other unlawful forms of processing (including taking reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of employees who have access to personal information). Any employee who violates this privacy policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and is only permitted to process personal information in compliance with this privacy policy. The amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process the information and whether those purposes can be met by other means, and the applicable legal requirements are all taken into account when determining the appropriate retention period for personal information. We will only keep personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose or purposes for which that personal information is processed; and we will let anyone about whom we process data know how long that is or the criteria that go into deciding how long that is. For research or statistical purposes, we may occasionally anonymize your personal information (making it impossible to link it back to you); in this case, we may use your information forever without additional notice to you. Links to and from the websites of partner networks, advertisers, and affiliates may occasionally be seen on our website. If you click on a link and visit one of these websites, please be aware that we do not assume any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices or the security of those websites. Before you submit any personal information to any websites, please review the applicable policy. 13. YOUR RIGHTS As outlined below, you may be entitled to various protections for your personal information under data protection regulations. You have the right to: 1. Request access to your personal information (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it. 2. Request correction of the personal information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us. 3. Request erasure of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal information to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request for erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request. 4. Object to processing of your personal information where we are relying on a legitimate interest (of our own or of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms. 5. Request restriction of processing of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal information in the following scenarios: (a) if you want us to establish the data's accuracy; (b) where our use of the data is unlawful but you do not want us to erase it; (c) where you need us to hold the data even if we no longer require it as you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or (d) you have objected to our use of your data but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it. 6. Request the transfer of your personal information to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you. 7. Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal information. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent. If you wish to exercise any of the rights set out above, please contact us at wecare@decoplus.store or call 07393402411. We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month (and if we are only processing the data in question on behalf of another party, the response may actually come from that other party as the relevant data controller). Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated. To verify your identity and ensure your right to access your personal information, we might need to ask you for certain details (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to make sure that no one who has no business receiving it is given access to personal information. In order to respond to your request more quickly, we might possibly get in touch with you and ask for more details. 14. COOKIES Cookies are used on our website to separate you from other visitors. In all other cases, you are required to cover the return shipping charges.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
