Detailed terms of sale
1 - For each order placed on BOXDOCCIA, BOXDOCCIA will issue an invoice accompanying the material shipped. For issuing the invoice, we refer to the data provided by the Customer. After the issuing the invoice, no changes can be made.
2 - Delivery costs, if present, are charged to the client and are clearly explicit during the execution of the order. Nothing is more due by the client compared to the total order.
3 - No responsibility can be attributed to BOXDOCCIA in the event of delay in the order or delivery of the purchase.
4 - The delivery of the order refers to the edge of the sidewalk. At the delivery of the goods by the courier, the client is required to verify: - that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the invoice; - that the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified, by putting SUBJECT TO CONTROL WRITTEN (SPECIFY THE RESERVE REASON, for example "Packaging broken", "packaging crushed", etc..) on the proof of delivery. After signing the document of the courier, the customer can no longer make any objection about the appearance of the goods. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the received goods must be reported within 3 days after delivery, in the manner prescribed in this document.
- In case of failure to collect the material within 5 working days in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be sent back at the warehouses of BOXDOCCIA. BOXDOCCIA will charge the customer the shipping costs, return, storage and accessories in the event of any failure to deliver.
All the products sold by BOXDOCCIA are covered by manufacturer's conventional warranty and 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/05. To obtain warranty service, the Customer must keep the invoice.
1 - The guarantee of 24 months, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/05, is applied to products that present a lack of conformity, on condition that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This warranty is restricted to the private customer (namely a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase not indicating in the order form a VAT number). In case of conformity defect, BOXDOCCIA provides, without charges for the customer, for the restoration of conformity by complete replacement, until the termination of the contract.
2 - If, for any reason, BOXDOCCIA is unable to provide their clients a warranty product (repaired or replaced), BOXDOCCIA will proceed at its own discretion with the reimbursement of the amount paid, taking into account the usage of the goods, or its replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
3 - The timing of complete or partial replacement of the product depends solely on the manufacturer’s policies and no damage can be claimed at BOXDOCCIA for delays in repairs or replacements.
4 - In cases where the warranty application provides for the return of the product, this must be returned by the customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. ... ); to avoid damages to the original package, we recommend to enter into a second box; it must be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product. The customer will be given a authorization number of product return authorization (RMA) to be indicated outside the package, following the instructions given directly into the e-mail.

2 - the applicable law The contract between the customer and BOXDOCCIA is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and penal controversies arising from the conclusion of the present sale contract of sale, if the customer is a final consumer, the local jurisdiction shall be that of his town of residence; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only forum of Lecce (Italy).
1 - In accordance with Articles. 64 and SS of Legislative Decree no. 206/05, if the client is a final consumer (namely a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase not indicating in the order form a VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for whatever reason, without explanation and without penalty.
2 - To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice by registered letter with return receipt, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of goods, stating the wish to avail themselves of the right of withdrawal to:

An BOXDOCCIA operator will make an appointment for pickup at the client's domicile by a courier sent by BOXDOCCIA. The client will not pay anything for the return of the product, excluding shipping costs for delivery and those for the return of the goods. BOXDOCCIA will also proceed within 14 days of return of goods with the crediting of the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods, and retaining only the amount of delivery and return shipping charges. The crediting will be made by bank transfer; the customer is responsible to provide promptly the banking coordinates on which the reimbursement can be made (IBAN and account holder's). Alternatively, the client may request a refund by Paypal, and assume the related commissions. Upon expiry of the 30 days period, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the carrier. The goods must be returned intact, with all its parts and in its original packaging (bags and packaging), preserved and possibly used in the normal care, without any signs of wear or dirt.
3 - The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
the right is applied to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not impossible to exercise the withdraw only on part of purchased product (eg accessories, software, attachments, etc. ...);
The purchased goods must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. ...); to avoid damages to the original package, we recommend to enter it inside another box, on which to affix the label provided by BOXDOCCIA, reporting the RMA (return authorization code); it must be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;
the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the client;
if the goods are damaged during shipment provided by the customer, BOXDOCCIA shall notify the Customer (within 5 working days after receipt of goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier he selected and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for the return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
BOXDOCCIA is not responsible in any way for damages or thefts / losses of goods shipped by the customer;
at his arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to evaluate any damages not caused by transport. If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, BOXDOCCIA will subtract a percentage from the refund, but no more than 20% of it, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
4 - The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of essential integrity of the item (the packaging and/or its contents), in cases where BOXDOCCIA finds:
-not diligent use of the good that has compromised its integrity, or use of any supplies;
-the lack of the external packaging and / or internal packaging;
-the absence of parts of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
-the damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In case of loss of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of BOXDOCCIA at the disposal of client for collection at his own expense.
