†We offer a 2 to 3 day delivery to the following postcodes - AB38, HS, IV21-28, IV40-49, IV51-56, KA27-28, KW5, KW11-17, PA36, PA40-80, ZE and all of Northern Ireland. There are some items we hold in stock at our suppliers premises and these will be clearly marked on the product page as well as on the basket pages.
Toolstop also offers UK mainland customers Saturday delivery for a flat rate of £5 (orders of £25 or over).
Deliveries outside the UK mainland are all subject to delivery charges - these charges are clearly specified on our product pages and at the checkout.
As soon as your order is despatched we will notify you by e-mail. If it is not possible to despatch your order within the allotted time period or if for any reason it is not possible to fulfil your order we will inform you by email or telephone.
Please check your address before placing an order as once a parcel has been dispatched we are unable to rectify any mistakes you have made in the delivery address.
†We endeavour to despatch your goods as above and if any extreme circumstance prevents us from doing this we will let you know. In some cases there may be circumstances outwith our control which prevent your next day delivery taking place (traffic problems, bad weather etc) and in this case we will update our twitter feed. Whereas we take every care to ensure that your product is delivered within the time stated we take no responsibility and will incur no liability for any late delivery or any 3rd party costs.
All deliveries will be made by road transport carrier or by air transport to some countries and will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the drivers actions e.g. taken to a convenient local collection point , left with neighbour, details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect from the local parcel company depot. We will only leave your delivery with a neighbour if you specify this in the order delivery note.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by TOOLSTOP. TOOLSTOP reserve the right to contact the customer prior to despatch of goods to inform of a change in the cost of delivery.

Items not Required - 60 Days to Return
returnsWe will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 60 days of the day of receipt (EG if the item is an unwanted gift).
If you do this, please contact Toolstop on 0800 107 8665 or firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and item to be returned. Please also fill in this RETURNS FORM which will be emailed to our Returns department.
You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. Or, Toolstop can arrange uplift of the items at an extra charge. Generally we will refund the total cost of the returned products, however, please note, some items which are delivered direct from our suppliers may incur a restocking charge of up to 10% of the original cost of the goods.
We ask you to ensure the goods are returned to us in their unopened original packaging and in saleable condition.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items - 14 Days to Return
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 0800 107 8665 or email@example.com quoting your order number and item to be returned. Please also fill in this RETURNS FORM which will be emailed to our Returns department.
Toolstop will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

All our tools come with a manufacturers warranty. Most of our product pages have a link to the warranty procedure for that manufacturer and we encourage you to follow the instructions on these pages which will normally direct you to the manufacturers helpline. This is normally the fastest way of getting your warranty problem resolved.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product develops a fault within the warranty period but after our 14 day no quibble return period, and Toolstop handles your warranty procedure on your behalf, a handling charge will apply and any customs charges or duty must be paid by the the customer.
PLEASE NOTE - if you are returning power tool batteries see this form from the Royal Mail. If the item you are returning cannot be returned via Royal Mail please use a signed for courier or contact us and we can arrange to uplift the goods for you.
