If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Other return conditions
We are committed to providing quality products to all our customers. We accept the return within 30 days. No refund issues, 30 business days after receiving the money-back guarantee. We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. We hope you will be completely satisfied with the products you have obtained. Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not hesitate to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Monday to Friday). We will send you the return authorization number and you will receive a refund minus shipping costs within 14 days.

All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with the original label and packaging.

All used products are subject to a repackaging fee. The percentage of the repackaging fee will depend on the condition of the returned product. Defective products can be replaced free of charge without having to be reconditioned.

Reason for return:

1. Project quality issues:

1). The buyer must provide images or videos showing the problem.
2). Please give us 2 - 3 weeks to process the exchange or refund issue. We check every returned product. After the inspection, in case of manufacturing defect, you will receive a replacement or refund within 24 hours.
3). If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us before leaving you your feedback. We guarantee you quality products and services.

2.Damage to shipping:

We only use advanced service carriers parcelforce/Royal Mail/Fedex/dhl/dpd. Please check the arrival of the package. Please do not sign for damaged packages. It is your responsibility to personally sign the delivery note and inspect the package before signing it. If you notice any damage to the packaging, ask the courier to send the damaged goods immediately. Therefore, please give us your damages number for shipping the box and we will help you get compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

3. The buyer has purchased incorrect items:

1). A 15% reconditioning fee will be charged.
2). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
3). Freight and handling costs are not reimbursed.
4). The buyer must contact the sales representative within 14 days of the arrival of the item.
5). Returned items must bear the original label and packaging indicating new and unused condition. Any used product is not eligible for a refund.
