Standard UK Mainland delivery is FREE on all orders over £16. *Products are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge if purchased on their own and total under £16.

Orders are dispatched from our UK-based warehouse via our couriers, Royal Mail. For larger items, these will be delivered via DPD. All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched by the next working day. Orders received after 3pm or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays. It is buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when making the order, the billing address must also match where the card is registered to.

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Litecraft through the ManoMano.com site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Litecraft may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is delivered. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with UK tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including delivery and handling charges, gift-wrapping charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Litecraft through the ManoMano.com site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated – the actual tax that will be charged to you will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

Mano Mano knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. We want you to be aware that Mano Mano will provide Litecraft with information related to your order when it includes products that were purchased from them including your name, billing and delivery address, email address, and the price paid. Mano Mano requires that all sellers protect your information and only use that information to fulfill your orders in accordance with data protection laws and in a way that is consistent with Mano Mano's Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

If you wish to return any goods you must inform us within 14 days beginning on the day after delivery of those goods. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our carriers. Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number. Goods without returns authorisation number will not be accepted.

Please ensure all goods are returned with their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such as lamps (light bulbs). Goods should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by us, Litecraft.

Alternatively Goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost. Please note that you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit and that we receive the goods. If reasonable care is not exercised, we may make a claim against you for not exercising this statutory duty.

For health and hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned for exchange or refund if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty:

Bedding products e.g. Quilts, duvets, pillows, mattress toppers and enhancers, mattress and pillow protectors.

They are sealed for protection reasons and will be deemed as used if unwrapped.

Your refund will be made within 14 days of return of the Goods.
