Free Delivery on all orders over £500 for mainland UK. The Delivery time for your order is usually between 2-5 working days for all stock items and will be confirmed when your order is picked and passed to our delivery partners. All small and medicum sized deliveries are handled by a specialist UK wide parcel company and delivered to your door. We will update you on your order progress and let you now when it is ready for dispatch. Large deliveries are managed by our specially selected pallet delivery partners: The goods will be delivered to the kerbside as close as possible to your front door. The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property, so it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.
