Stock All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction. If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days. Delivery All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK. Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property. All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only. Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.

If you change your mind, returns are free!
You have 30 days to change your mind. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Returns Policy - Change of Mind
