Detailed terms of sale
The delivery will be made to the address you indicated on the order form. We will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss of items after delivery.
Delivery refers to placing your order in your mailbox, or, in the case of a delivery on a pallet, in front of your home or at the foot of your building. No handling and installation operations will be carried out by the carrier. Therefore, it is up to you to organise the recovery, handling and storage of your order yourself inside your home.
All deliveries are made by an independent carrier. In the event that you are unable to accept the order, depending on the carrier, it will be delivered to the warehouse or post office nearest to your address from where you can retrieve it, or a new delivery date can be arranged.
We will do our utmost to ensure delivery is made within 30 days of receipt of the order, but we will not be liable for any losses caused by delay in delivery beyond our control.
If you order items that are available on different dates, we will store the items until the last one is available before the order is shipped. However, if you prefer that each item is delivered separately, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping cost for each shipment.
You have a period of 14 days to check your delivery and report any damage. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that’s not reported within 14 days, following delivery.

If you change your mind
You have 30 days to change your mind. The product must not be used, be in good condition, and in its original packaging. Don't forget that the return costs will be at your charge. Once the merchant receives your parcel, you will be refunded within 14 days.

Additional return conditions
If for any reason you wish to return an item within 30 days of delivery, please follow the below procedure: 1. Send us a return request from your ManoMano customer account. 2. Hudson Reed cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned items, so we recommend that you use a secure delivery service where proof of delivery can be obtained to return any items. 3. Once we have received your returned merchandise and completed an inspection, you will be reimbursed for the value of the returned goods, providing that the items are in a perfect and unused condition. Please note that the cost of return is at your expense.
