This item includes FREE POSTAGE to any address within Mainland UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Isles of Scilly. Please provide a mobile telephone number when placing your order as the courier will contact you to arrange delivery, and text a time slot on the day of delivery. You should normally receive a text 24 - 48 hours prior to delivery with a date and time slot once it has been scheduled. If you are not going to be available at the time of delivery please contact the courier directly to organise redelivery. We package our items very well and damages are extremely rare, however in the unfortunate event your item has been damaged it is fully insured and we would provide a rapid replacement. We do advise with beds not to dismantle your old bed until the new one has arrived and has been checked, just in case there is a delay with delivery or problem with the item (These cases are very rare but things can sometimes happen which are out of our control). You must report any damaged items to us within 7 days of delivery, to enable us to make a claim against the courier for damage in transit. Please keep all original packaging. Returns Please contact us before returning any item so we can deal with your return as quickly as possible. Returns can only go ahead if the item is securely packaged in its original box with all packaging. Without this, damages cannot be claimed for and returns cannot be accepted. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged then we will replace it free of charge. Delivery time scale 1) Orders placed before 6pm will be dispatched that day to the warehouse for picking. 2) The next working day (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays) is classed as day one for the delivery time scale 3) You will receive a text/call from our courier company with a delivery date and a 2 hour window delivery slot, you can amend this if needed.
