Happy with the seller and the product but I had the problem that the house number was missing on the address label which saw it being held up in the sorting office and Royal Mail had to ring me to confirm the house number. Detailed terms of sale
  • The common delivery time is stated in the respective offer.
    Please note that no delivery will occur on Weekend and public holidays in the UK as well as there will be no shipment done on weekend and public holidays in Luxembourg.
    If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together, unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time.

    The products are delivered exclusively to the delivery address give by the customer.
    The customer has to check the condition of the packaging and the goods upon delivery and to report any problem on the delivery note. (see previous point : Problems at delivery caused by the shipping company)
    The dispatch is usually carried out by GLS or DPD for parcels, large goods on pallet by Dachser or TNT. Once the shipping is done you will receive a notification from us and most of the time a tracking link.
    Should your tracking not work, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
    Due to the nature of the goods we point out that the indicated delivery times are estimated values, which BCIE SARL tries with best knowledge and conscience to comply.
    Should the delivery deadlines be exceeded, the customer can always use his right of withdrawal (see previous point, right of withdrawal). If the order has not been shipped until the day the customer asks to cancel the sale, no fee will remain for him.

    Problems at delivery caused by the shipping company :
    Any problems at delivery (damaged package, missing parts according to the delivery note, product damaged, carton soaked...) MUST BE notified on the delivery bill (paper or electronic). Do never accept the parcel under reserve as this has no legal force. Please always describe clearly the problem like « Carton damaged », « Carton soaked », or « Carton opened ».
    Furthermore, the customer has to report this damage to us within two (2) business days after delivery. The best way is to contact us by the message system of ManoMano or email and to enclose copy of the delivery bill (if it’s a paper one) and products / parcel pictures. If you send us a message/email please keep in mind your message size should be below 10 MB. All this process will allow us to claim copensation to the insurance of the shipping company and solve your problem asap.
    Should the damage not be visible from outside, please also report it to us within 2 days after delivery and enclose pictures of the problem and the whole parcel.
    In the case the deadlines are not respected, the shipping company will consider the parcel as delivered in proper condition and will refuse any compensation.

    Error in delivery :
    Should we make a mistake by shipping the parcel (quantity or reference different), must the customer notifies it to us as soon as possible.
    In the case the return to our address would be needed, it must be done only with our agreement and include a copy of your invoice. Should the customer send something back to us without our agreement, could our company refuse to cover the cost of shipping.
    Once we have all datas, we will propose a solution to our customer (which can include a return, or not).
    The cost of the new shipment or the repaired item will be born by BCIE unless the item returned does not correspond to the original condition or the defect is proven to be done by the customer. In this case, shipping costs are required before the item is shipped.

  • You have the right to access, read or modify/erase your personal data (eg name and address) stored in our database at any time.
    Please contact ManoMano to block or delete your personal data.
  • The buyer has the right to use his right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery of the goods (to the customer or any third party designed/accepted) without giving any reason. The customer must clearly note he wants to use this right and must give us this information by e-mail, fax, online message or letter within this period of time. For your facility You can use the form enclosed below, but it is not absolutely required. Pay attention that to be valid, your request must be received by our company during the period of time of 14 days after delivery. Afterwhat, the customer has another 14 days, to send the item back to us. Should this period of time be exceeded, the right of withdrawal could be refused.

    The right of Withdrawal does not exist in the following contracts:
    Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and whose production is subject to an individual selection or destination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
    Contracts for the delivery of goods which can quickly spoil or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
    Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
    Contracts for the supply of goods which, after being delivered, are inseparably mixed with other goods because of their nature.
    Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
    contracts for the supply of newspapers, magazines or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
    About the items that are not anymore in a new state, our company could accept to refund them. In this case their value would be reduced by a fee used to bring them back to new state or equivalent to the loss of value.
    Companies, professionnal people or reseller have no right of withdrawal.
    If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund you all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us ) within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
    If the goods are too big or heavy to be shipped back by private customers, we can arrange the shipping for them. In that case, please contact us and we will quote you the shipping cost. Once you paid them, we will arrange for the goods to be picked up at the delivery adress.
    If the parcel has been shipped and accepted by the customer, he will have to cope with the cost of shipping the item back to us. Should he refuses the parcel at delivery, a fee equivalent to the cost of shipping back the item to us, will be deducted from his refund. If the parcel has not been shipped until the day the customer asks to cancel the sale, then there will be no fees remaining for the customers which will be granted of a full refund
