If you change your mind, returns are free!
You have 14 days to change your mind. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Other return conditions
Cooling off Period
If you change your mind, you have 14 days after receipt of the goods to change your mind. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy (above).
We can only provide a full refund for products that are unopened, unused and returned to us in the original packaging. If you do change your mind during the cooling off period, you must return your purchase to us at your own cost in original packaging.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
The rights and benefits under the guarantee are additional to your statutory rights which are not affected by this warranty.
Delivery may take longer than normal due to your location in the U.K. No compensation is provided if a delivery does not arrive within the time specification.
Goods ordered from Kärcher U.K. are delivered directly from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. If you have any of the below issues please ensure you contact Kärcher U.K via ManoMano within 30 days of receipt of your order:
• Damaged goods in transit
• Missing parts in box
• Incomplete order (please note occasionally items are delivered separately)
• Any other product defects
• Any other concerns regarding your order
In order for us to best handle your request, please follow the following steps when contacting us:
• Contact Karcher direct via your ManoMano account.
• Contact Karcher by phone (01295 234020) or email helpline@karcher.co.uk.
• Ensure you have your ManoMano order number and ideally a reason for returning (in case we can help you overcome any issues)
• Serial number– this is a 6 digit number located on the machine (we can help you find this!)
• Please note: we may request photos of goods or packaging
You must notify Kärcher U.K. within 7 days of delivery if you believe that a detergent or chemical is damaged on delivery. You will not have any right to cancel an order for detergents or chemicals if the container seal has been broken or tampered with.
To ensure we provide you with the fastest and most convenient service, please contact us in advance of returning goods for refund.
If you return a product to us:
• As mentioned above, because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 14 day cooling-off period, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
• For any other reason, we will examine the returned product and notify you of any refund due via phone or e-mail within 14 days. Please note in busy periods (e.g. Christmas and Bank Holidays) this may take slightly longer. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for your bank to process this into your account.
• If we opt to refund the price of a defective product, we will refund the price of the Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
• If you cancel your order before the goods are shipped, a refund can be processed within at time of cancellation, however please allow up to 5-7 working days for your bank to process this into your account.
• If you cancel your order after the goods have been shipped we will advise you on the appropriate course of action for your specific circumstance.
• As there is a flat charge for delivery we will not refund delivery charges where you only return part of an order.
Guarantee for Home and Garden products. At Kärcher we test every machine before it leaves the factory and lifetime test every thousandth machine to ensure they will withstand many years of use, long beyond the guarantee period. Alongside our stringent testing, we offer a manufacturing guarantee on our products. The details for this are below: · The Kärcher product is covered under guarantee by Kärcher (UK) Limited to be free of defective parts and materials for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (or as otherwise stated at point of sale) providing the product is used for normal domestic duties. (For full list of guarantee periods by product, please see domestic machine list below). · All guarantee periods commence on the date of purchase and are non-transferable. · The guarantee is limited to the provision of repairs, free of charge within the specified period providing the above conditions are met and the original proof of purchase is provided. · This guarantee applies to Home and Garden products (excluding accessories and detergents) used for domestic use only and shall not apply to any products used for commercial purposes. Guarantee Exclusions; The Kärcher Guarantee is a manufacturing cover for your domestic product. This Guarantee shall not apply to defects caused by: Misuse Neglect Accidental Damage Wear and tear Improper storage Installation or careless handling Frost damage/heat damage Alteration not carried out or authorised by Karcher approved supplier The use of incorrect supply voltage Contaminated water supply Unsuitable chemicals ATTENTION Hose coupling with Aquastop on the water connection of the device will cause damage to the pump Never use a hose coupling with Aquastop on the water connection of the device. You can use an Aquastop coupling on the tap. Use a garden hose (fabric reinforced, diameter at least 1/2 inch (13 mm), length at least 7.5 m, with commercially available quick coupling) Kärcher (UK) Limited shall not be liable in any event at any time for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. The rights and benefits under warranty are additional to your statutory rights which are not affected by this guarantee. Domestic Machines List Please note, for Pressure Washers, you must register your extended guarantee within 28 days of purchase in order for the 5 years to be vaild. Products not registered or registered outside this time period will have a 2 year guarantee. Any other Kärcher product comes with a 2 year warranty from the purchase date.
