Free standard shipping to UK Mainland within 5 working days. Additional shipping cost will apply to BT/Guernsey/ Jersey/ the Isle of Man/ Northern Ireland.

We also offer next day delivery service to customers in UK Mainland (additional costs may apply). This only applies to orders placed between Monday and Friday and before 12pm, with orders placed on weekends being dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). -
Shipping arrangements
We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: Yodel, UK mail, Tuffnells
and Palletways.
Delivery timescales vary depending on the delivery address and the type of product you wish to
receive. We make every effort to meet the delivery standard of 5 working days. However,
occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, delays are inevitable. We shall not be held
responsible for any delay or failure to deliver products within the estimated timescales.
Doorstep delivery: please note that for larger and heavy items the deliveries are made to the
doorstep only, so please make sure that you have any help that you need to carry the furniture into
your house. Please note that the delivery driver is only contracted to deliver the goods to the
doorstep, and is not insured or obliged to manoeuvre the goods into or around within your property.
If you allow the delivery driver to manoeuvre the goods for/with you then this is entirely at your
own risk.
Delivery locations and exceptions
We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but
there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances, we will contact
you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.
Requirements to sign for delivery
Some of our items require a signature; we will let you know about those that do so that you can
arrange to be available for delivery.
Missed delivery
If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about
what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items
are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more
convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know. -

Charges for returns
If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of
course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.
Some of our items can be returned by standard post. For those that can't we estimate the cost of
return for smaller items to be £15 and for larger items to be £45.
Returns guidelines
Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re
returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if
it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than
reasonably expected.
Please contact us prior to returning your item so that we can issue you with a returns number. This
helps us to identify your return and ensure we can process your refund quickly.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within
the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we
will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
We offer a 6-months warranty for all non electrical products; and a 1-year statutory manufacturer's warranty on all our electrical products. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery. -
