At Mint Outdoor, we offer free delivery on all our stylish furniture, both indoors and out, to mainland UK addresses. Enjoy beautiful pieces delivered straight to your door, with no extra shipping costs.

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Our standard delivery time is between 4-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. For smaller items, we use trusted courier services. Outdoor Lounge Sets, due to their size and weight, are delivered using a specialized 2-man delivery service to ensure safe handling and placement in your garden. This service may require pre-arranged delivery slots. We will contact you to schedule a convenient time. For any specific delivery inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

All prices displayed include VAT at the current rate. VAT invoices are available upon request for business customers.

Your security and privacy are our top priorities. We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions, ensuring your financial information is protected. We will never share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

It's easy: go to "My order" and click on "Return my product" to receive the return instructions.

Other return conditions
If you are not satisfied with your order then you may return it to us in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days. If you choose to return your product, please keep in mind that there will be a £39.95 collection charge. Goods requiring assembly are non-returnable once constructed.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that all items are in their original packaging and secured appropriately for the return journey to our warehouse. We will check the condition of the packaging and product upon receipt, which will determine whether you receive a full refund. Returned products that are not in their original packaging will have a £50 repacking fee levied against any refund

Exceptions to this guarantee are:

1) Products that have been assembled
2) Products without original packaging
