Detailed terms of sale

DELIVERY PROCESS INFORMATION Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (Mon – Fri, excluding bank holidays) UK DELIVERY Royal Mail Delivery Orders under 2KG in weight are sent by Royal Mail 48-hour service (if an upgrade is not selected). This service is free of charge but can be upgraded to Royal Mail 24 or Next Day Courier. Next Day Courier (Tracked) (1-hour delivery window) FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £50! £4.99*

Despatch will be within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery will be via Royal mail or DPD depending on service selected. Standard delivery should take 48 hours but please allow up to 5 days. Our Next Day Delivery Service will notify you with a 1-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery, so you can go about your day. If the allocated time window is not practical, you can reply by text or email to change the delivery day.

All data processed will be subject to Data Protection and GDPR rules and regulations. Any data collected will be processed for the purposes of the order. If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

It's easy: go to "My order" and click on "Return my product" to receive the return instructions.

Other return conditions
Unwanted goods
All goods come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us to return it within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will issue you a refund.

Returns conditions:
1. Goods must be unused.
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 30 days from the day you received your order.
4. You must include the returns slip that we will email you to print out.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.
In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Faulty / Damaged Goods
Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded (which ever you prefer) within three months from receipt, and we will issue you a pre-paid postage label to return back to us at no cost to you.
If the item(s) is over 2KG in weight we will arrange a courier collection.
Refunds and replacements are issued within 7 days from receipt of your return.

Auraglow Warranty
Any product returned for repair under warranty must be accompanied by returns paperwork sent from us.
If this information is not provided, Auraglow will be unable to return your product to you and reserves the right to dispose of.

The warranty is Returns to Base (RTB) which means the customer needs to return the product to us at their own cost and risk.
We will cover the costs of sending the replacement or repaired item and is normally delivered back to the customer within 14 working days from receipt of the defected item.


The warranty period starts on the date of invoice.
The warranty period is based on a burning behaviour of max. 7000 hrs/year.
This warranty only covers products applied within their ‘intended’ or ‘normal use’ as defined by:
Operating conditions are in accordance with the information on the products and its packaging.
Ambient temperature never exceeds the operating temperature range -20degC to +45degC.
Relative humidity in the installation never exceeds 80% RH, or never exceeds the IP rating of the product if any is provided.
Switch cycles of less than 60 per day
Booking an electrician
Until you've received all your items and you are happy with them, please do not book an electrician as we cannot be held responsible for any losses caused by delayed delivery or pre-booked electrical installers.
We are unable to reimburse any professional fees incurred in replacing or refunding any faulty light fittings.
