  • Cancellations
    We recommend that you keep your receipt or order number in a safe place, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries. We will of course have computer records of your order but in the event of a computer failure or disposal of records, your receipt will be your proof of purchase.

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, you have a right to cancel your order for item(s) purchased on this website before the agreed dispatch date.

    This does not apply to special orders or bespoke items that have been made or cannot be cancelled whilst in production. We will endeavor to accept all special or bespoke cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee this.

    To cancel, just contact us as soon as possible prior to dispatch and within 7 working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. If in the unfortunate event that your order has been dispatched prior to your cancellation request, we reserve the right to charge you handling and/or return fees and/or refuse to accept them back as per our returns and refund policy.

    You may cancel your order for services in the same way, within 7 working days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner.

    Returns and Refunds
    Money Back Guarantee

    Products purchased online and in store have a 14 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase, excluding special orders and clearance lines. We see it that 14 days is an acceptable time for you to decide that you are happy with your purchase, therefore it will be recognised that you have accepted the goods after our 14 day money back guarantee. After 14 days we go that bit further and give you 46 days to return any unused and unwanted goods. See 60 Day Return Period below.

    Returns Authorisation

    If you would like to return your order please email us with a brief explanation of the reason for return and we will provide you with our returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation number must be clearly attached to the outer box only which will enable us to deal with your return and refund in a timely and professional manner.

    Where returns have been completed without prior notification and authorisation from Customer Support, or the item is untraceable, sorry but refunds cannot be provided. In the case of untraceable items, the burden of proof is that of the consumer to prove that an item has been returned safely to us. If faulty returns are made at your own cost and without prior notification and authorisation from Customer Support, sorry but any return costs will be non-reimbursable.

    60 Days Return Period

    We will always consider accepting for return any unused and unwanted items up to maximum of 60 days after the date of purchase by way of an exchange, shop gift vouchers or e-credit only. Conditions apply, please email or call us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

    Unsuitable and Unwanted Goods

    All goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. This means that all goods must have been handled with reasonable care and must not have been installed or modified in any way. They must be returned in their original manufacturers packaging as supplied, which must not have been defaced, be intact and sealed as you received them and be complete with bulbs (if supplied), instructions and all other parts. If you require more information please email or call us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

    Returning Your Order

    Please be aware under consumer contract regulations you are responsible for the safe handling of all goods for return and that we are not responsible for the cost of returning unsuitable goods back to us.

    Remembering the item(s) belong to you and should you want a refund or exchange, it is essential that all goods be returned as recieved and that all parts be carefully packed in the manufactures original box and sealed with clear sticky tape only. Please do not use any other type of tape. If you don’t have clear tape then fold over and close the box lid leaving it open slightly.

    ***PLEASE RESEAL THE BOX WITH CLEAR STICKY TAPE ONLY***

    The sealed or slightly open box(s) must then be place in the outer oversized cardboard box that you received your item(s) in, or an oversized strong box similar to the outer box you received them in. Then using good packing materials wrap and pack the boxed goods well to protect the item(s) against any possible damage during the return journey back to us.

    We can arrange for our couriers to collect your unwanted/unsuitable goods which is a chargeable service and will be deducted from your refund. Our usual return parcel price is £13.95 and includes insurance. As courier prices can and do change, we will confirm the return parcel price in our returns confirmation email should you wish to opt for it. The goods must be still be well packed as described above.

    Refunds

    If a refund is required due to a product being returned to us, we will issue your refund as soon as confirmed with customer support. Refund confirmation from customer support is usually given within 2/3 days after receiving and inspecting the item(s) at our warehouse, however please allow up to 14 days for this.

    All confirmed authorised refunds will be processed immediately and refunded back to your credit or debit card or bank account and we will advise you of your refund by email.

    Broken or Faulty Items

    Broken Items

    We take great care in checking and packing your order for safe arrival, unfortunately sometimes breakages can occur particularly with fragile goods. The last thing we want is for you to feel disappointed when it comes to you installing item(s), therefore we always ask you to “check it as soon as you receive it”. Please check your goods carefully upon arrival and particularly prior to making arrangements to have them installed. If they have unfortunately arrived damaged please contact us

    Faulty Items

    If the goods are to be returned due to a fault (see warranty) then we will make arrangements to collect the goods from you which must be packed in a safe and reasonable manner and to the best of your ability as described above in Returning your Order.

    Product Concerns and Faults

    If a product develops a problem that you are concerned about after you have accepted it then please email our Customer Support Team who will deal with the matter in hand for you. In order for us deal with any of your concerns we will require your order number as proof of purchase and we may ask you return the product to us or send us photographs of your concerns.
