Detailed terms of sale

HOW WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE: Delivery on the arranged day will take place during the hours of 8am and 6PM (a time slot will not always be issued by the courier on the day) Failure to be able to accept delivery due to not being present, or no access, will incur a charge for any additional delivery Your item will be delivered on the back of a large delivery wagon—If you feel there maybe an access issue, please inform us so we may be able to arrange delivery on a smaller non-standard vehicle All items arrive via a transit pallet on a “Kerbside service”—This means the delivery team, making use of a pallet truck, will get the pallet as near to the property as they possibly can. HOWEVER, the delivery team will not unwrap/unsecure the item or look to get the item into the property itself We recommend at least one able-bodied persons (preferably 2 for heavier items) are present to accept the delivery The delivery is booked on a short time slot, so you should use this time accordingly to check all items for any obvious signs of transit damage. If found, please inform the driver and state the exact damage on the delivery note and call your retailer immediately. Signing the delivery as damaged will not suffice. All deliveries are insured against damage—YOU MUST report all cosmetic damage within 48 hours—Please do not arrange a delivery day until a time/date where this is possible. Claims outside 48 hours may not be considered (This does not include obvious delivery damage—this must be reported on delivery) For the reasons above, we believe it to be best practice not to book a plumber/fitter until the item has been received and inspected—We cannot be liable for any delays incurred

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Other return conditions
Conditions For A Return:
The following conditions must be met to allow the collection team to complete a collection. Failure to meet any of the below may result in the collection failing or not being possible.
Any failed collection due to the below conditions not being met will result in a failed collection charge of £70. An invoice for this charge can be provided. Please note, that this is an additional charge for the failure further to any other return fee or original collection fee
Any boxes that have been opened and are to be resealed MUST be resealed with CLEAR TAPE ONLY. Please DO NOT use brown or duct tape as this grades the boxes. If the event any tape other than clear tape is used a charge of £50 per box will be applicable for replacing the box and processing
The pallet MUST be in its original ‘A-Frame’ format. If the pallet has been dismantled it MUST be built once again with fixings appropriate to stray integral during transit
Lats MUST be used to secure the upright pallet – Failure to do so will result in the collection team refusing to collect the item
In the event you require pallet cling wrap or other materials to secure the pallet we can arrange to have this sent before the collection. please email us to arrange for this to be sent
We reserve the right to request both photographic evidence and/or a return of any shower part for testing of any item being claimed under warranty before a replacement is agreed to be supplied.
In the case where a return is requested, only in the event of product fault will the returns postage will be paid by us
We will arrange a courier collection on an agreed date or refund any costs of postage incurred upon receipt of those costs.
If the courier collection fails for any reason other than fault laying at ours or the arranged courier’s hands, the responsibility of the return and the cost must then be covered by the complainant and no further collection will be offered unless a secondary fee is agreed and paid prior.
Please note: we only cover the cost of returns within the UK mainland. If a return is requested for a reason not relating to product fault, for example, but not limited to the following, wrong size, unsuitable or change of mind, The cost of the return is to be paid by the purchasing party
To cancel or return an untouched and uninstalled item due to a fault that is not ours, for example, an inappropriate installation environment (please see our installation page of the website, unit installation guides) or unit unsuitability incurs a minimum handling, restocking and collection charge of £160 or 10% whichever is the greater.
Orders of custom-made or adapted goods are none non-returnable. Although liability for the return of the item is the responsibility of the customer/purchaser. In line with the long-distance selling act, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to request cancellation
