Detailed terms of sale
Most deliveries are Free of charge. However, there are exceptions: ABERDEEN/GUERNSEY/HIGHLANDS/IRELAND/ISLE OF MAN/ISLE OF WHITE/JERSEY/OTHER NON-UK MAINLAND Please note that deliveries for non UK-Mainland addresses, some parts of Aberdeen and the highlands of Scotland will be charged at a higher rate set by the carriers. Please check with us before placing the order.
Orders will be delivered to the address on the order only. Tracking information will be provided on the date of dispatch and the delivery will usually take place 2 working days later If you are not in for the delivery or the delivery address / contact information is provided incorrectly then there will be a redelivery charge applied before another delivery could be attempted - price to be confirmed at the time when a redelivery is requested
VAT @ 20% will apply to all orders

If you change your mind
You have 30 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

It's easy: go to "My order" and click on "Return my product" to receive the return instructions.
Other return conditions
Items which have been assembled cannot be returned by our carriers - who will only carry flat packed items.
Items which have been partially or fully assembled will have deductions taken from the refund amount.
You are welcome to arrange your own return carrier - but a refund amount will be reduced if there are any damages not already declared before arranging the return.
Direct Furniture Suppliers Ltd is a UK based company so all orders are processed under the UK taxation and regulations which apply.
