Whilst we aim to deliver your order within the stated time-frame on ManoMano, this advertised delivery time-frame is an estimate only; delays are possible, and we cannot be made liable for any direct or indirect losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses. When an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day. We cannot be made liable for any losses caused by delayed delivery or pre-booked installers. When your order is delivered, please inspect all items carefully. Any delay in reporting item problems to us could affect your right to a replacement or refund.

All product prices include VAT.

JustRain does not disclose customer information to third parties other than when order details are made mandatory as part of the ManoMano order fulfilment process. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

If you change your mind
You have 30 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

It's easy: go to "My order" and click on "Return my product" to receive the return instructions.

Other return conditions
You have 30 days to return an unwanted order to us for a full refund, providing that the product is unused, in original packaging and condition. Except for faulty goods, we only accept the return of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. Unwanted products that have been used or installed will not be refunded. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return an unwanted product back to us, providing that the return is requested within the valid time-frame, and we have the right to reject any returned product that is considered in poor unsalable condition. Failure to meet these requirements may result in you being charged; charges will be deducted from the final refund total.

Please request a refund by contacting ManoMano on your account. If your product has developed a fault, please contact us via ManoMano message. We will ask for photographic evidence of the presumed fault, and the issue you are experiencing.
