Delivery Method All Smartbies orders are dispatched using reliable courier services. Delivery Timeframes (UK) For deliveries within the UK, we aim to deliver orders within 2–3 working days, depending on the delivery location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Attempts If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place where possible. A delivery card or notification will be left to inform you of the delivery or provide instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.

All prices displayed by Smartbies on ManoMano are shown inclusive of applicable UK taxes, unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, VAT will be included in the purchase price and clearly indicated at checkout in accordance with UK tax regulations. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or charges that may apply for deliveries outside the UK (if applicable), as determined by local authorities.

If you change your mind, returns are free!
You have 14 days to change your mind. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.
