Delivery is free to most of mainland UK, certain products may be subject to a supplementary shipping fee to harder to access areas of the UK.
We need to be notified within 7 days of you receiving the unwanted item. Unfortunately, after 7 days we are only able to offer an exchange.
Damages caused by 3rd party delivery companies are unfortunately beyond our control and we disclaim all liability
All goods, wherever possible, must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession.
We are not responsible for any return costs for unwanted items, you will need to arrange for the shipping yourself and ensure their safe return.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you would like to return an item you should contact Customer Services and inform them that you wish to return the item/s. Any goods returned will be subject to a minimum handling/restocking charge of 25% or more which will be item specific and will be notified once such request from the customer has been received in writing. Customer cannot return if the contract is for goods made to customer's specifications. We will not accept any returns after 7 days of delivery.
On cancellation, the consumer shall be under a duty to restore the goods to the supplier in accordance with this regulation, and in the meanwhile to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us.
In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for all returns postage/courier charges.
VALUEBATHS cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a proof of postage confirmation from the Post Office or Courier.
If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of VALUE BATHS, you will be refunded the cost of the goods according to our RETURNS POLICY set out above and excluding delivery charge, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you and are still in their original packaging.
If a collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection which will be notified at the time of cancellation.
