All delivery costs are included in the product price - there are no additional shipping charges, hidden fees, or surcharges, regardless of order value or quantity. For deliveries to remote or offshore areas (such as Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or UK islands), additional charges or extended delivery times may apply. If this affects your order, we will contact you prior to dispatch.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays or peak periods). Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. All prices displayed on our store are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). No additional taxes or duties will be charged for orders delivered within the United Kingdom. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. If orders are placed for delivery outside of the UK, local customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

If you change your mind
You have 30 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.
