Shipping is free of charge, unless otherwise stated at the time of placing the order. Additional costs may apply in the following cases: Change of delivery address after the order has been confirmed. Change of shipping method or carrier at the Buyer's request. Failed delivery attempt due to the Buyer's absence or an error in the address provided by the Buyer. Shipments to specific areas In these cases, the additional costs will be charged to the Buyer based on the actual expenses incurred.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of order. The Buyer is required to check the condition of the parcel and the Products upon delivery, in the presence of the carrier, before signing the delivery note.In the event of visible damage, an open parcel, a missing item, or a damaged Product, the Buyer must:Record precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note (e.g., "damaged parcel," "broken product," "missing part," etc.).Refuse delivery if the Products are manifestly unusable.Any claim regarding transport damage or a visible non-conformity must be notified to the Seller within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, via email to: clientes@basesdeduchederesina.pt , attaching photos of both the parcel and the affected Product.After this period, no claims regarding transport damage will be accepted. If the damage is confirmed, the Seller will offer the Buyer, depending on the case, a replacement, a refund, or the issuance of a credit note.The Buyer acknowledges that signing the delivery note without reservations is equivalent to receiving the goods in conformity and free from apparent damage.

Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC), in accordance with current tax legislation. The company DESARROLLOS ADVANCED GROUP SL is subject to French VAT under the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme and is registered in the VIES system. The applicable VAT is the rate in force in France at the time of order confirmation. In the event of a change in the VAT rate, the price of the Products will be automatically adjusted without prior notice, in compliance with legal provisions. No other taxes or customs duties will be required for deliveries made within the European Union.

The Seller, DESARROLLOS ADVANCED GROUP SL, undertakes to respect the confidentiality and security of the personal data provided by Buyers in the context of orders placed on the ManoMano Platform.The data collected is intended exclusively for the management of orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer communication. If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.
